Kim was absolutely amazing. As a first-home buyer, I was nervous and had an odd list of requirements of what I wanted to feel at home in a place. She took my requests, looked into the city, and had conversations with me regarding the results. She spoke with me very kindly, sharing her knowledge and experience without making me feel lesser. It felt like she was on the journey with me and had my intentions at the forefront. I never felt rushed, and she always made me consider different perspectives or aspects of homeownership that would help encourage me to make more informed decisions on such an important purchase in my lifetime. She had referred me to some individuals she had used throughout the process, and some of her colleagues had used them, but she was also open to any I had. I could always get a prompt reply from her, either by email or text, about my inquiries or requests. I honestly can't say enough about how much better I felt about the process with her next to me and guiding me along the way. I have raved about her to some family members and friends and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We had the absolute privilege of working with Brenda and Kim to purchase a home recently. We were moving to Calgary from San Francisco and the combination of being remote and it being a very strong seller's market / very low inventory made this a daunting task. Brenda rose to the challenge and exceeded expectations by a long shot. We not only found a beautiful home in our top choice of neighbourhood, but felt really good about the offer that we made and the value of the purchase, which we hadn't expected given the seller's market and I think had everything to do with Brenda's competence, professionalism and strong network. Brenda was instrumental in our search: she was incredibly experienced and applied it to help us be efficient in our search and competitive in our offer, she was highly organized and very responsive, and she was direct and to the point. The latter in particular was a refreshing change compared to most real estate agents we have worked with. It was clear she really wanted to work with us to find the right house for us for the long run vs. just make a fast purchase. We cannot recommend Brenda and Kim enough and would love to work with them again in the future!

Brenda and Kim did a great job helping me with my recent home purchase. I hadn't bought property in a long time and never previously on my own, so I was quite nervous and had lots of questions. They were very responsive and helpful. They knew the general area well and took the time to look more specifically at the particular location to ensure that we made an appropriate offer. They worked well with my mortgage broker and helped me to find a house inspector and movers, which again gave me comfort in making decisions. Brenda and Kim were recommended to me by a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

They make a great team and between both their schedules are very flexible for house viewings as well as extremely responsive to e-mails/calls. We sold within 3 days above asking price! We were most confident in their communication and availability, Kim even offering her time while she was out of the city. They also have a good network of contractors to work with if some last minute details need attention.
